MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — One of two men accused of robbing former NFL defensive back Fulton Walker, Jr. during a 2013 home-invasion pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery and assault during the commission of a felony this week in Berkeley County.

Roger Doleman, Jr. faces up to 12 years in prison for the robbery conviction, followed by a prison term of not less than two or more than 10 years for the assault conviction as part of a binding plea agreement.

The plea also allows Doleman to begin serving the 12-year sentence for the robbery conviction while he is currently serving an eight-year sentence in an unrelated drug case in Maryland.

Doleman, who also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in circuit court last year for the case, is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 4.

Doleman’s brother and co-defendant in the case, Raheim Doleman, was sentenced to 18 years in prison in August 2014 in connection with his role in the robbery.
