CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Gov. Jim Justice’s criticisms of the West Virginia budget, and the political maneuvering behind its creation, generated lots of legislative reaction Wednesday.
Justice blasted a budget passed by the Legislature and said he would let it become law without his signature. He also took aim at lawmakers who did not support his proposals.
