Body of missing Morgantown woman found in car in Walmart parking lot

MORGANTOWN, W.Va.– The Morgantown Police Department confirmed that the body found in a vehicle at the Walmart parking lot on Hornbeck Road was that of missing Alexa Randolph.

Randolph was reported missing from her Overdale Street apartment Thursday.

Her vehicle was found 4 p.m. on Friday in the parking lot. Upon investigation by police, a body was discovered in the cargo area of the vehicle and that the body was identified as Randolph.

Morgantown police are asking people with information to call 304-284-7522.
