SUMMIT POINT, W.Va. — A Martinsburg man died in a single vehicle crash in Summit Point Monday afternoon.

State police in Charles Town told The Panhandle News Network that troopers arrived at the intersection of Earle Road and Summit Point Road at about 4:20 p.m. Monday.

The driver, identified James Allen Getts, 50, of Martinsburg, was pronounced dead at the scene.
