Pedestrian struck by train in South Charleston

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A pedestrian was injured Friday evening after being hit by a train in Kanawha County, according to emergency dispatchers.

The South Charleston Fire Department said the person was hit in the 100 block of F Street just before 8 p.m.

South Charleston Police added that the person has “life-threatening injuries.”
