Greenbrier County man arrested in connection with infant’s death

LEWISBURG, W.Va. — A Greenbrier County man has been charged in connection with the death of a 2-month-old child.

Greenbrier County deputies said Shane Lee Dolin, 25, of White Sulphur Springs, is charged with child abuse causing death. He was arrested Tuesday as a result of an investigation that began last September.

Authorities said the child was found unresponsive at a White Sulphur Springs home on Sept. 3, 2023. The infant died two days later at an out-of-state hospital.

Dolin is being held in the Southern Regional Jail.

The case was investigated by the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department and the state Division of Child Protective Services.
