Last week, Parkersburg South graduate Cyrus Traugh announced he is transferring from Youngstown State to WVU.
Minor was a standout offensive lineman with the Flying Eagles. The 6-foot-5, 315-pound lineman graduated from RCB in 2023 and he spent two seasons at YSU. Minor redshirted in the 2023 season and played in one game this past season. He has three seasons of eligibility remaining.
Minor is the fourth West Virginia native to commit to play at WVU since Rich Rodriguez was hired for his second stint leading the Mountaineers. In addition to Traugh, Martinsburg graduates Jarod Bowie and Jacob Barrick have also transferred to West Virginia.
