WESTON, W.Va. — The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department, with the help of U.S. Marshals, have arrested a kidnapping suspect.

Rashaad Hairston

Rashaad Hairston, 28, of Pittsburgh, is accused of kidnapping a woman from Pittsburgh on Jan. 23 and brought to Monongalia County.
