Investigation continues into Mercer wreck which killed teen brothers

PRINCETON, W.Va. — The investigation into a fatal accident in Mercer County continues.

State Police released more information about the accident Friday which claimed the lives of two students at Princeton Senior High School. The driver of the vehicle was Aden King, 19, of Bluefield. Troopers say King was killed along with a juvenile passenger. Sources confirm the second victim was his brother Price King, age 17.

According to State Police Aden King was travelling on Courthouse Road in Princeton around 7:30 a.m. Thursday and crossed into the lane of oncoming traffic. His vehicle collided with a Mountaineer Transit Authority bus. The bus driver, Jackson Clark, 77, of Bluefield was flown to a nearby hospital for treatment.

A State Police accident reconstruction team is aiding in the investigation of the fatal accident.

Counselors have been on hand since the news at Princeton High School where the boys were students and also at Bluefield High School where one of the brothers previously attended.
