LOGAN, W.Va. — A Logan County man has been arrested for reportedly stealing $1,000 worth of copper and other supplies from a powerline and electrical services company.

State police said Joseph Adam Lett, 39, of Holden, is in custody for a robbery at the Davis H. Elliot Company fenced storage lot last Thursday. He’s charged with breaking and entering, grand larceny, and conspiracy.
Troopers said they identified Lett on nearby video surveillance footage from a gas station. He was determined to be the robber observed on Davis H. Elliot Company footage for the copper theft.

Lett is in the Western Regional Jail on $25,000 cash-only bond.
State police said the investigation is ongoing.
