MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Two properties are being offered in an auction as part of the WestRidge bankruptcy and reorganization.
Hilco Global has listed a six-store shopping center on Colliers Crossing and a corporate office building on Swiss Pine Way.
The office building is off I-79 at 3000 Swiss Pine Way. It’s a 43,000 square foot facility anchored by the Jackson Kelly law firm. The shopping center is on Colliers Crossing and includes Kohl’s, HomeGoods, Ross, Burlington, Shoe Carnival and PetSmart.
The auction notice said bids must be submitted by July 6 and says, “Together, the properties generate more than $2.28 million in annual rental income and represent an opportunity to acquire cash-flowing assets within one of West Virginia’s most active commercial corridors.”
According to the filing in August of 2025, West Ridge Inc. stated assets of $10 million to $50 million and liabilities of $50 million to $100 million.
West Ridge Land Holdings, LLC showed both assets and liabilities of $10 million to $50 million. WestRidge Commons LLC also claimed both assets and liabilities ranging from $10 million to $50 million.
