Accused felon wanted in Preston and Monongalia Counties

KINGWOOD, W.Va. — Police with three agencies are advising local residents to be on the lookout for an accused felon who they consider armed and dangerous.

Douglas Anthony Young has brown hair, hazel eyes, stands 5′-11″ and weighs approximately 170 pounds.

Young is accused of burglaries in Preston and Monongalia counties.

The 36 year old has outstanding felony warrants in both counties.

He’s the suspect in a Bruceton Mills burglary where credit cards, cash, jewelry and guns were taken.

Surveillance video from stores in both Taylor and Monongalia Counties showed a suspect using the credit cards.

Young may have shaved a mustache and goatee to conceal his identity. Police indicate he has a number of tattoos.

Those with information regarding Young should contact local police.
