CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A 51-year-old Harrison County woman has been charged with kidnapping after a weekend incident investigated by the West Virginia State Police.
The guardian of the juvenile said Mary Ash is prohibited from being in contact with the child when she took the child from a residence without consent.
Ash is currently being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond.
The guardian was able to provide the proper documentation to troopers.
