FOLLANSBEE, W.Va. — The principal at Brooke High School was arrested Thursday after hidden cameras were found in the school.
Eric James, 53, faces one count of intentionally intercepting electronic communications and two counts of breaking and entering a non-residence.
Brooke County Sheriff Richard Beatty said at a Thursday afternoon news conference the cameras were found in the girls PE locker room and a room where members of the dance team dress.
Beatty said the investigation is ongoing. Authorities met with parents.
James is being held in the Northern Regional Jail on $100,000 cash-only bail.
