CHARLESTON, W.Va. — An arrest has been made in connection with a stabbing that happened Friday morning in Charleston.
Charleston police arrested Christopher Oldaker, 58, and charged him with malicious wounding.
Police said they apprehended Oldaker quickly after arriving in the 900 block of Washington Street East shortly after the stabbing was reported at 8:50 a.m.
The victim was taken to a hospital but was said to have non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
