BECKLEY, W.Va. — A former Oak Hill Middle School principal who faces criminal charges in Fayette County for allegedly embezzling from school now faces charges in a separate case in Raleigh County.

The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office said Chad Quesenberry is charged with 12 counts of embezzlement, 12 counts of forgery, computer fraud and fraudulent schemes.
Quesenberry allegedly took more than $7,200 while working for Bridgeport equipment.
A criminal complaint said Quesenberry has repaid $2,900.
Quesenberry was charged in October 2025 in Fayette County on nearly 30 counts allegedly device fraud, falsifying accounts, embezzlement and fraudulent schemes.
Many of the charges had to do with school events where money was collected including a basketball fundraiser. It’s alleged Quesenberry put the money into his personal account.
State police said Fayette County School Superintendent David Warvel and the county school board alerted troopers to their concerns about the financial accounts.
